Cartoon

The strongest area of my work was the outlining, using illustrate to outline my drawing and filling the character was another strong area of my work. Maybe adding a prop or something to give the image more detail and depth. Coloring the character was easy because I already closed in the lines so all I had to do was just add the color to the part of the body that I wanted it to be.
The most difficult part adding detail to my character with extra lines for example the shoes that have extra lines to create the laces of the shoes and the 23 and Jumpman. The major tool that I used was the pen tool on illustrate using it to create the lines on my cartoon character. I used the paint bucket to color in my character.
By creating a character on a piece of paper and using the pen tool on illustrate and tracing over my drawing with it and coloring it in was the goal. I would not change anything about my drawing because I executed exactly as I plan and the tools I used help me create my project

Polaroid

The strongest area of my work is the Polaroids and how I used them over my image to create a the looks like it consist of Polaroids. Also the background was another part of my project that was well done and brought a lot of detail to it. An area that I could improve on is the foreground I only have a quote for the foreground and it could have used more. The easiest part was getting the foreground and background for my project just taking a picture of my quote on a piece of paper and getting the background for outdoors and putting a filter on to give it more detail and depth.
A difficulty I had was finding a foreground for my project and using it in the project and making it look like it fits in on the image. I used the move tool to position my images I used the polygonal lasso to cut the image and the Polaroids the background eraser to get rid of some edges I didn't want and the rectangular marquee to select what I wanted.
By using the Polaroids to make the image appear like it is made out of Polaroids cutting and positioning the image that made it and gave it depth. I would change anything about my project because it is the best.

Typography

The strongest area of my typography work is the spiral I make that leads from the middle outwards it gives the picture depth and the font gave it more detail. Also making the Ds rotate that it makes it look like a spiral is another strong point. I could improve on making the picture more symmetrical and having the Ds line up better. Maybe different colors to make the image pop more and not be so dull. Making layers were very easy as well as using the tools on Photoshop made it really easy to get what I wanted.
Finding the tools for my project was difficult it took me a little to figure out where my tools were but when I used them they worked well at what I wanted them for. The horizontal type tool made it easy to position my letters in the spot of the image I wanted them, I also used the using the move tool to moving my letters to a fixed position, and then using edit to rotate the letters to form the spiral on the image.
I demonstrated that I understood the assignment of the project and I have a basic understanding of  Photoshop from last years class. If I was able to redo the project I would use different filters to give my image more depth and make it pop out and stand out.
